Seems Reverend "Lying" Al Sharpton is at it again.  On Monday's edition of MTP Daily the good reverend said that there was "no question" that the process that elected President-elect Donald trump "was not legitimate."  This is of course, a continuation of the Russian hacking nonsense.  And the truth of the matter is that anybody the GOP elects would be illegitimate in Sharpton's feeble mind.

It is stunning to me that Sharpton could turn his affections toward the party of the KKK, George Wallace, and other racial abominations particularly after a half century of democratic policies that have worsened the racial divide, left more blacks uneducated and in poverty, and has fomented the current violence and black on black crime we see in impoverished black neighborhoods.

How could Sharpton, Lewis and others embrace the party that kept them as slaves, loosed dogs on them, lynched their own people and fought tooth and nail to stop civil rights legislation.  Still the democrats insist on giving the black community welfare checks instead of pay checks, seta-sides as if black Americans were an inferior race and couldn’t make it on their own - a horribly insulting inference, and open borders policy which steal jobs from young blacks entering the workforce.

But never one to let logic or intellect stand in his way, Sharpton continued, "I think that there's no question that the process that elected him was not legitimate. When you look at the now evidence from the intelligence agencies that there was the influence from the Russians and involved in the public discourse at the time of the election, when you look at those that were expunged from being able to vote, clearly the process has serious questions about it. And to come from John Lewis, a man who was beaten on the bridge in Selma, Alabama, to get the Voting Rights Act that opened up the voting process to everyone, he has blood in this. He has some injury in this that open the voting process up. you should not take lightly his view at all."

Sharpton further denied that questioning Trump's legitimacy was the same as Trump's refusal to say he would accept the results of the election.  And of course, he is right.  Trump was actually elected and that election has been certified, which is more than can be said for the Obama birth certificate.  Once again, whatever the democrats do, Sharpton loves it, but if the GOP were to do the same thing he would condemn that same action to high heaven.

Sadly, Sharpton has reduced himself to a caricature - a race baiting old bigot with nothing but tired slogans, a checkered and failed past and if followed a future of more poverty and violence in the black community.

Sharpton, Jackson, and Lewis have one thing in common.  As conditions for blacks in America get worse they seem to gain more notoriety, money and power. They thrive as long as they minorities are kept on the Democratic plantation.  Unfortunately, their lust for power and money comes at a price - the shattered lives of the very people they are supposed to represent.  In short, they are a cancer – and they are nothing less than reprehensible.
